I love the house. It was just right for our groups needs. The color coordinated rooms was a cute touch. There’s no tv in the rooms so bring a tablet or laptop if you need entertainment in your room. If you go during the warmer months leave the upstairs room doors open and the ceiling fans on when you’re out during the day. The way the sun hits the house makes it rather warm upstairs during the heat of the day. Location is perfect because you’re close to EVERYTHING!!!

Trevor was very responsive when I had a few minor issues. There were a few wasp nests on the front porch however the wasp were very friendly and didn’t bother us lol. I would definitely book again. There were tv’s in every room, which allowed everyone to enjoy their own space when it was time to wind down after a busy day.

We stayed 2 months in Savannah and had such a great time! The house is close to several grocery stores, medical facilities, and all the shopping. Also only 10 minutes away from downtown. The house was spacious and well equipped. When we had questions, Trevor responded quickly. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbor’s are friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the great stay!

Great location. Larger than it appears so plenty of room. Home needs some minor updates inside but was clean and comfortable. Trevor was responsive when we let him know that the water wasn’t getting very hot. Loved that they had no check out chores! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed Trevor’s place! He was very responsive and a great host! His place had enough space for a group of 6. We will be back next time we come to Savannah!

We really enjoyed staying in the carriage house again. It is nice, clean and private. We loved being able to walk to Forsyth Park and other areas in the historic and Victorian districts. No issues with parking. At no point did we feel unsafe. Truly a wonderful place to be able to explore Savannah.

Don’t be fooled by the “grey cube”. The accommodations are perfect with three roomy bedrooms with comfy king sized beds and three private bathrooms. We used Uber or Lyft to get into the historic district and rides were very short. But, the location would be about a mile walk to the center of River Street if you are up for it. Felt very safe in Trevor’s place. Would stay again when in Savannah. .

Trevor’s Airbnb unit was bright, cheery, roomy and comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and calm. Neighbors very friendly. There were restaurants in walking distance. The location made it easy to get to the Historic District. Forsyth Park was an easy 30 minute walk. Trevor’s response time was almost immediate. He was responsive to my questions and concerns. I recommend his unit for a pleasant stay in Savannah.

Trevor and Marianna were excellent hosts! They hosted my family and I for roughly four months and they were extremely responsive to any issues and ensured we maintained a comfortable stay. The home was clean, peaceful and comfortable for our extended stay and the owners even upgraded our accommodation by adding TVs to each bedroom, which was a real treat! The neighborhood felt very safe, it was walkable and just a short drive away from restaurants and shopping. We really appreciate Trevor and Marianna as hosts and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for an Airbnb close to Savannah, GA.

This was a great location and very clean! We were able to easily walk to restaurants and Forsyth Park. Trevor was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. We highly recommend this home for your future Savannah adventures.
